5th Arc Manga Adaptation of Re:Zero Starts in February

On Tuesday, the authentic Twitter account of Media Factory’s Comic Alive monthly magazine made a public announcement. They stated that the manga transformation of the “Stars that Engrave History” which is the fifth arc from Tappei Nagatsuki’s original Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- light novels is set to launch. The manga will be initiated under the label of Comic Alive+ on the ComicWalker web page starting February 19.

In honor of the launch, the manga adaptations of the first and third arcs will be accessible for free reading on the website from February 5th to the 19th.

The manga recently came up with an adaptation for the fourth arc titled “The Everlasting Contract,” which represents volumes 10 to 15 of the original light novel series. The fourth arc manga was animated by Haruno Atori and Yū Aikawa, called Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Chapter 4: The Sanctuary and the Witch of Greed. The manga was introduced in Kadokawa‘s Comic Alive magazine in the year 2019. Kadokawa issued the eighth consolidated book volume (the 26th overall volume from all Re:Zero manga adaptations of the central light novel story) on August 22. Yen Press has been distributing the manga since the publication of the seventh volume of Chapter 4 (the 24th overall volume) on December 12th.

Daichi Matsuse sketched the manga versions of Chapter 1 and Chapter 3, while Makoto Fugetsu did the same for Chapter 2. These arcs were also published by Yen Press.
